Question 1

How long until I have my first CV?

Accepted Answer

After upload, the AI processing takes 2 to 5 minutes. Then you pick a template and a language and can export straight away.

Question 2

What happens to my data?

Accepted Answer

Hosting in Switzerland and the EU. Your photo is never stored in the first place: it is processed for the edit and discarded afterwards — so there is nothing left to delete later. We never use your content for AI training.

Question 3

Is the photo editor really legitimate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gentle modernisation, not identity manipulation. On request we add an «AI-edited» badge for full transparency. We recommend it for industries with strict photo policies.

Question 4

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PostFinance, invoice (for B2B).

Question 5

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, monthly cancellation. No minimum term, no hidden fees.

Question 6

How ATS-compatible are the generated PDFs?

Accepted Answer

We export two versions: an ATS layout (structured plain text, no graphics) and a print layout (for HR). Both from the same data.

Question 7

Is there personal coaching with real coaches?

Accepted Answer

Right now CVCoaching is a fully autonomous AI platform. You get AI-powered help for your résumé, photo and application, around the clock. Personal 1:1 coaching with Swiss coaches is planned and will follow later.

Question 8

Does it work for returners or with gaps?

Accepted Answer

Built for it. Our AI helps you frame gaps constructively and weave them into your story.
