General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the CVCoaching.ch platform and all related services, operated by HRIT.ch GmbH, St. Gallen, Switzerland (hereinafter «Operator»).
By registering for the waitlist, an account or by purchasing paid services, the user (hereinafter «User») agrees to these GTC.
2. Current functionality & waitlist phase
CVCoaching.ch is currently in a preparation phase. No paid services are offered yet. The app sections serve as a concept demonstration and contain no real personal or application data. A waitlist signup does not constitute any entitlement to a future account.
3. Contract formation (future)
Once the platform is live, a contract is concluded by selecting a plan, accepting these GTC and completing payment. Until then, no obligations arise from waitlist signup alone.
4. Prices and payment (future)
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including any applicable VAT. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Postfinance, invoice (B2B). One-off products are delivered upon completion of the digital output.
5. Subscriptions & termination (future)
Subscriptions run monthly. Termination is possible at any time to the end of the current billing period, without reason, informally via the account or by email to info@hrit.ch.
6. User obligations
Users undertake to:
- provide truthful information and, in particular, only upload documents (references, diplomas, photos) for which they are entitled;
- not upload any unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or copyright-infringing content;
- not manipulate, automate or misuse the platform for mass scraping;
- review AI-generated content (in particular CVs and letters) for accuracy before sending.
7. AI-generated content
CVCoaching.ch uses AI systems to create or optimise CVs, cover letters, application portfolios, personal websites and headshots. Results are produced to the best of our knowledge but may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for final review and use of the results.
For the photo editor we commit to gentle modernisation without identity manipulation. An optional «AI-edited» badge can be added to the export on request.
8. Intellectual property
Users retain all rights to their uploaded source documents and generated final products. The Operator retains rights to the platform, software, templates and designs.
The Operator expressly does not use user content for training its own or third-party AI models.
9. Liability
The Operator is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded as far as legally permissible. The amount of liability is limited to the amount paid by the User over the past twelve months.
10. Availability
The Operator strives for the highest possible availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible.
11. Changes to the GTC
The Operator may amend these GTC. Material changes are communicated to Users by email; minor amendments take effect upon publication.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
