KAPITEL 01

Using the CV Studio & AI CV Engine

How to import existing documents, control your layout via natural-language instructions, and tailor every role to Swiss recruiting standards.

Launch Live CV Studio →

1. Import an existing CV or job ad URL

Open the 'Import / File / URL' tab on the left side of the studio. Upload an existing PDF, a Word document (.docx), plain text, or paste a job posting URL. The engine automatically extracts your history and populates all fields.

2. Control the AI CV Engine via chat commands

Switch to the 'CV Engine (Chat)' tab and type plain-language instructions such as 'Switch to design #042 in navy blue' or 'Sharpen my executive summary for a senior finance role in Zurich'.

3. Manual editing & drag-and-drop section ordering

Every field (personal details, experience, education, skills, languages, references, QR codes) can be edited directly. In supported templates, reorder entire sections via drag-and-drop or arrow buttons.

Swiss HR Pro Tip: Swiss recruiters look for quantifiable achievements (budgets in CHF, team size, percentage improvements) and complete chronological dates.
KAPITEL 02

Using the 100 Design Collection & 20 Designer Editions

Every single one of our 100 Lookbook designs (#001 to #100) and 20 Designer Editions (#D01 to #D20) can be loaded directly as a live template for your own CV.

Explore the 100 Design Collection →

1. Browse the 100 Design Collection

Open the 100 Design Collection from the top menu. Filter by our 10 design directions (Editorial, Neo-Swiss, Apple Bento, Executive Private Wealth) or search by keyword.

2. Load any design directly into the CV Engine

Click the yellow button 'Als Vorlage in CV-Engine öffnen →' on any card. The studio immediately applies that layout, color palette, and typography to your CV.

3. Share designs with colleagues (Sharing is Caring)

Use the share bar below each design to send templates via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or direct link with a single click.

Swiss HR Pro Tip: For Swiss banking, insurance, consulting, and public administration, choose clean Swiss grids (#001 to #010 or #081 to #090). For tech, design, and architecture, Bento and Neo-Swiss layouts (#031 to #050) stand out.
KAPITEL 03

Exporting to A4 PDF, Word (.docx), ATS-Clean & Web

Export your finished CV as a print-ready A4 PDF, a natively editable Microsoft Word file, or a single-column ATS document for corporate portals.

Test Exports in the CV Studio →

1. Save a print-ready A4 PDF

Click 'PDF drucken' in the top right bar of the studio. In your browser's print dialog, select 'Save as PDF', set margins to 'None', and enable 'Background graphics'.

2. Download a native Microsoft Word (.docx) file

Click 'Word (.docx)' to generate a real Microsoft Word document complete with table grids, colors, profile photo, and localized section headers.

3. ATS-Clean mode for corporate applicant tracking systems

When applying via Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, click 'ATS-Word' to export a strictly single-column, machine-readable Word document.

Swiss HR Pro Tip: Always save your exported PDF and Word files locally on your computer right after downloading so you keep your own backup copy.
KAPITEL 04

Swiss Reference Decoder, Cover Letters & Complete Dossier PDF

Decode hidden phrases in Swiss reference letters (Arbeitszeugnisse), generate tailored cover letters, and merge everything into a single PDF dossier.

Open the Reference Decoder →

1. Decode your Swiss reference letter (Arbeitszeugnis)

Paste the text of your Swiss reference letter into the decoder. It highlights coded HR phrases and calculates an overall grade on the Swiss 1.0 to 6.0 scale.

2. Tailor your cover letter to the job ad

Paste the job posting and choose your preferred tone. The engine matches your real CV achievements to the role without inventing facts.

3. Merge your complete application dossier

Upload your certificates and diplomas as PDFs and combine them with your cover sheet, CV, and cover letter into a single ordered PDF file.

Swiss HR Pro Tip: In Switzerland, employers expect your complete set of work certificates (Arbeitszeugnisse) and key diplomas attached in reverse chronological order.
